well it's commonly said 8 glasses which is around 2 liters. Last time I checked 2 liters was a lot of water, so I think it may be less, but the more water you drink the better for you so drink up!

The very first thing is that the water you mentioned should be plain water. A person should drink at least 8 cups of Plain Water.

For Jojo: You must drink even you are not thirsty.

Drink at least 10-15 glasses of water and I assure you, you will also lose weight. But not to carbonated drinks, sweets, salty and spicy food. For I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months :)

that changes all the time
it was 2 litres but now they say you can count all fluids like tea & coffee fruit juice & any fruit or salad you have & i heard to drink more mainly on hot days & when you do exercise.so i'm still not sure what it is!! 2 litres seems a lot & i have rarely had that much unless in a heat wave

8 cups a day according to Weight Watchers. More can't hurt just don't go too crazy. Too much water can be dangerous.
