Try to take your temperature at the same time every morning if you can. This way your chart will be more precise. One other way you can find out when you are ovulating is by using an ovulation predictor test. You can purchase ovulation tests in bulk online to make it more affordable. Ovulation kits measure the amount of Lutenizing Hormone in your body. Right before you ovulate your body releases a large amount of LH. The test kits are easy to use. They are very similar to a pregnancy test. You will have a reference line and then a sample line to compare that to. Ok, you can't get pregnant without an egg present for the sperm to fertilize it. An egg isn't present until you ovulate. Ovulation occurs 14 days before your next period. Sperm can live for 72 hours (3 days) in body.
So, say your period was due on the 15th of the month, having intercourse from the 12th - 18th (7 days) would be the correct days. However, ovulating maybe a day or two early or late, would extend the time frame to 10 days approx.
When a pregnancy does not occur during this time frame, it is due to many common reasons.
Two of the main ones,
1) No egg may have been released on ovulation
2) Sperm may not be at its best.
Doctors will not test for infertility until 12 months of trying has proved futile.
So, it could take you 12 months, or 1 month.

The best way to get pregnant is if you orgasm at almost the same time as he does. Also it has to be the middle of your cycle when you are most fertile. You would know this if youre more moist down there than usual. Because this is the time that the sperm can live longer and actually make it to implant. it can take anything from 1 month to never to fall pregnant.....on average i would say most people fall within the first 12 months.....it is recommended that you have sex every 2nd day from day 8 of your cycle..(day 1 being first day of your period)....by doing this you can increase your chances....sperm needs time to mature so having sex every night is not a good idea.......this method worked for me twice!!!
