I have long frizzy wavey horrible hair! But I've found that using the shampoo sunsilk as well as the cream that goes with it really works! My hair poofs up when it dries so I use sunsilk anti-poof shampoo and conditioner and the anti-poof and anti-frizz 24/7 cream. Usually my hair will come out kind of curly when I let it dry after that. For straight hair it's best to put your hair up and use a flat iron...doing little sections of hair at a time! Don't forget to use like a silicon protector! I've found that Easy Straight smooth finish gloss by Haime Munoz works really well. A good finisher is Laminating hair polish by Samy. I recently got a CHI strightener and I have to say it's the best. Works wonders if you use it with the chi products or with the easy straight. But yeah the most effective stuff is sunsilk, samy, and Haime Munoz.

Try brushing some mousse through the frizziness for starters. Then trim off the dead ends, only about 1/2 -1 inch. Just these 2 things can make it alot better.

My hair used to be frizzy... I got a Japanese thermal reconditioning perm... which basically changes the molecular structure of your hair and makes it perfectly straight, permanently. It was $300 and worth every penny! If you can't afford that... You might want to get your hair cut and layered underneath so it doesn't frizz up. After shampooing, air dry. Use a de-frizzing serum (Sunsilk has a good one, the BLUE bottle for anti-pouf), and use a flat iron to get your hair straight.

if you comb your hair in the shower (with conditioner on in order to prevent split ends) and if you put mouse on your hair after towelling it dry, then scrunch your hair while wet and let it air dry --not in any windy conditions-- then your hair should curl up beautifully all by itself
