ok my friend (Adri) asked this guy i like (Jake) to go to the dance with me (Adri didnt know i wanted to ask him myself) here's the conversation
Adri- Will you go to the dance with Cathy?
Jake- Ummmm.....
(This girl Rachel heard)
Rachel- Jake, you should go to the dance with Cathy.....
So than Jake and Rachel started to talk and then Jake just left
Than at the end of that day Adri and I were in line to get lunch and Jake was there too so Adri asked him what his final answer was and he just left without saying anything
What does this mean???

Since a lot of girls have already asked him he just might not know what he wants and doesnt want to face it you noe? he might not even go with anyone to this dance. maybe he just feels too pressured to decide. tell your friends to stop asking him about it because the worst that can happen is that he wont go with you because your friends annoyed him too much. play it cool, either way

i'd say either he doesn't want to go to the dance, or he wants to wait and ask someone else. Some guys just don't like being pursued.

Maybe he just doesn't want to go. But he could also be intimidated by all these girls coming up to him, you should talk to him alone.

you have to beat her to the punch , out do her, take it to the extreme make her submitt verbally, public humiate her, show your intrest by suprising him wearing nothing but a smile

it either means he doesnt want to but doenst wanna hurt your feelings or he does wanna hes jsut embarrased OR hes jsut still making up his mind.
