Me personally I dont care about the height because I dated a dude that was 5'4 and im 5'8.

Diamond. I have to agree with you. Personally I don't care. I'm 5'7, a German-Korean guy and I've never thought that it mattered. A gf of three years (she's 5'11) has told me that when I am in a room ... I hold myself as an equal to everybody there so it never bothered her. Its translated into my character with a lot of girls I've dated. Ive dated tall models and short bumpkins, Black, white, Asian, Latino, Russians, Jews it never made a difference. Sometimes it was their eyes, the smile, the touch, the freckles, the beam of intelligence, the kindness, personality, omg the list goes on... And I married a gal that's around my height.. Did it matter? Not a bit.
My wife and I have been married 7 years now and we are still going strong. During the course of the last 7 years I got so sick I was confined to a wheelchair for awhile and gained 60 pounds.... Thank god my women wasn't like a lot of the women answering here... In the wheelchair I'm only 3 1/2 feet Tall!!!! I guess most of those who answered that it matters should think about that.. What if you just started dating him (the 6 foot dream hunk guy) and he lost his legs... would it matter?
About your question being called superficial... I disagree. Its good to stimulate the thought process. I think a lot of people if they really sat down and thought about what our society propagates all over the world (the west)... You would realize that the values you seek are masked with the physical attributes Hollywood and commercials push on you. <-- now that's superficial... And to guys/ and gals who struggle with their self image, please don't. As long as you take the steps to be healthy and take care of yourself Most of the people who let physical appreance be the primary trait that attracts them... are not the type of people you really want! :)

so which you will possibly date a guy thats 4'11" ? in case you wouldnt, why not? reason that is shallow? im particular you wouldnt however i want tall adult males using fact its a activate. its not a shallow element, its only what i think of is sexy. in spite of the fact that I even have been atractive to short adult males. i might only prefer to be next to a guy who's taller than me. i'm 5'5" so identity say on the shortest 5'8" using fact i placed on heels. it only seems stable for a guy to look taller. and confident it does matter on his character. each and every of the adult males that I even have enjoyed that are short and intensely advantageous adult males, that's what i replaced into drawn to of their case. yet another excuse women human beings pick taller adult males is using the fact women human beings dont prefer to look fat or huge, and being next to a shorter guy or smaller guy, does not make the girls human beings look or experience any extra valuable.

My boyfriend and I are the exact same height barefoot.. So, if I wear any heels Im taller, and I totally dont care at all.. I dont think its about height, its about if youre attracted to the person or not.

I am short, i am only 5'3. So i prefer short women. standing up next to a tall girl would be a little intimating for me. So when we start kissing, she would have to been down to reach my height.
But it don't brother me all the time, i learn to live with it. I never know, i might marry a tall women in the future.

I've never dated a woman taller than me. Generally, I don't like a girl wearing high-healed shoes to be tall than me. Don't know why but it just looks weird.

Its hard for us vertically challenged guys to get dates. We are discriminated against alot. Im almost 5'7 and I would have dated someone who is 5'9. but I'd prefer to date someone between 5'2 and 5'4.

I prefer shorter women. How much shorter doesn't matter as much, as the fact they're shorter than me. But then, I'm 5'8.
