ok lately i ALWAYS have gas its embarrsaing.. i have to go to the washroom 2 umm poo alott.. on my breasts there are red dots that look liek chicken pox but there not.. and yes ive jsut started my first couple periods.. and im ALWAYS more tired than usual wut the heck is wrong with me

It sounds like you need to see your doctor. Only a doctor who can examine you will be able to tell you what is wrong and will be able to help with your problem.
