Not if you do 15 hours swimming per week like I do.
I eat what I want.
Excess weight comes from getting more calories into your body than you are burning, my suggestion would be to read up a little bit on it, then take action in the form of eating proper food and burning some calories.

i doubt it can greatly increase your weight loss. The lowfat cottage cheese CAN help with keeping a good diet going. I eat it when im wanting just a little snack and it tides me over well til my next meal. Tuna is good as well. Maybe your thinking of yogurt. Ive heard that yogurt (if you eat 3 of those cups a day) can help you lose weight. I hate the taste though so i couldnt tell you if thats true. But cottage cheese will probably NOT increase your weight loss, just healthy snack to tide you over til a next meal.

I don't know about "increasing" weight loss. But, fat free cottage cheese is packed with protein... and that's a good thing.

I don't really like it but when I seriously lost weight, I was hungry enough to eat it, and other things like the Atkins diet, where you can eat as much cottage cheese, bacon, tuna, meat eggs etc as you like and the weight comes off REALLY fast!Even just making it tastier with chopped chives and cucumber etc.

I wouldnt say "greatly"
The fact is you still have to be in a calorie deficit each day to lose weight. Howevercottage cheese does have a fat burning enzyme in it so yes it will help, but as long as that 1/2 cup before bed doesnt put you over your Daily diet calorie level.
