Looks like a laxative. if you have chronic constipation you can take once or twice. do not be habituated. Please contact your doctor and tell him your problem to get proper medicine. It is not safe to take market medicines unless prescribed by doctor.

What about it? Sounds like one of those colonic cleansing deals without the enema's. Are you trying to lose weight? If you like enema's you can eat, take a enema, it'll all come out and keep exercising and bingo you lose weight.......

I haven't tried this one. I have tried COLONIX though....it was great. Cleaned me out!
