you can live normally with a single kidney. if you lose it in an accident of some sort, or donate a kidney to someone, the remaining kidney will actually grow a little bit to help compensate also.

You can live a healthy life with only one kidney. The only existing problem would be if something happened to the other remaining kidney.

yeah. Many people are born w/ only one kidney and are as healthy as the next. Just remember, you only have one, so be careful. Don't goof that one up.

My friend yes we can, one kidney is ehough for us, to my knowledge the person who has donated one of its eight years ago is living peacefully, normally with out any side effect.

Yes, you can live with just one but you would need to take extra care because you lack a backup.
