No such site exists.
If a person is in jail, it is usually located in the county in which they were arrested.
If a person is in state prison, contact your State department of corrections.
If a person is in federal prison, contact the federal bureau of prisons.
In each case, they will need the full name, date of birth, and sentencing date (usually) of the person you are seeking information about.
