I'd say we're getting close, but God's grace will bring us through it no matter what we have to endure. For that matter, I believe the Bible points to the rapture occurring AFTER the Tribulation--but if we trust in God's grace, does it matter what we have to endure? Check out the first link below for an article about the rapture being after the Tribulation but before the wrath of God.

We are definitely living in the "last days." Every single one of the problems mentioned in those verses is happening all around us every single day. Not only is it happening every day but, it's actually getting *worse* every day. One of the things mentioned in those verses is "..having a form of Godly devotion but proving false to it's power.." It just goes to show how some people say they're religious and follow Jesus and the Bible....but are they really? How closely do they adhere to Bible standards? Not very. Satan knows he's only got a "short period of time." (Revelation 12:9,12) That's why action needs to be taken by ones who aren't living in a way that pleases Jehovah God. 1 Corinthians 6:9,10 says: "Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, 10 nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom." These bad practices and all who actively participate in them will soon be done away with.

I look forward to the fulfillment of the words found at Psalms 37:9-11: "9 For evildoers themselves will be cut off, But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth.10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be.11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."

Trying to persevere and trying not to be weary in well doing. At night, it's hard because I feel tired. And I'm on Yahoo Answers and there is so much Godlessness here. I look forward to the return, and reign, of Jesus Christ, when all will be made right.

Terrible times we live in but what a wonderful prospect ahead. The "last days" before what?
God is going to vindicate his rightful sovereignty & sanctify his great & holy name (Yahweh/Jehovah) & remove the wicked (and those who "take no note"as in the days of Noah), restore the earth back to how he originally intended it to be and welcome back the dead.

PSALM 37:9 -11 & 29
MATTHEW 24:36-39
JOHN 5:28,29

We need to get our hearts ready and need to try to get the Word out to as many people as possible. We definitely are living like in the time of Noah when evil was on people's minds continually. We need to pray for those who do not know the Lord. Thanks for your question

better straighten your act out ... you never know when the end is here. ...but seriously ...it takes a special spirit to live and walk in this hour and stay untainted by the world and hold the spark of the love of Christ without it being exstinguished by deceit.
