Yes, and they will be in your mouth and throat if they're the kind that stay in one area (herpes, gonorrhea, etc.) Also, it is possible to contract AIDS this way if you have any cuts in your mouth, even small ones that you may not even know about. Always use protection if you are having any kind of sex with someone who you don't know the full history of!

Anal sex with a condom: Yes, if the condom breaks, you can. Make sure there is plenty of lubrication. Since, physically, the anus is not made for entry, it is much easier for the condom to receive too much friction and break. Use a TON of lube, and the friction will be greatly reduced.

You absoultely can just because you are a boy giving oral sex to another boy or a girl giving oral to another girl does not eliminate the risk of STD'S which includes the deadly disease of AIDS.

yup, coming into contact with bodily fluids like semen gives you a chance to get STD's not to mention STD's like warts that you can get from skin-to-skin contact. Get tested.
