i really do love my girlfriend and am not going out with her to get in her pants. I love my girl a lot, but her dad and most of her family thinks that im going out with her to get in her pants, thi s is a logical thing to think but its not why im going out with her. so how can i prove to them that i am with her to love her and not to have sex?

=yes it is logical for parents to feel this way especially if she is attractive, the only daughter or the youngest but don't take it personally. I think they need to see how the two of you act when you are together so you should spend more time at her house with them instead of going out alone with her till they get use to the idea that you plan on being around and not just trying to do the nasty! Maybe the two of you could surprise them with a home cooked dinner that the two of you made, candles included with for the 4 of you or just the two of them. Take them out to dinner comes to mind as well. They need to see the real you in action. This should work well for the both of you. Good luck.
