None-----the fact that your license is suspended in now in a nation computerized registry---when you apply they will pull your license no and it will state suspended. No state will undo or ignore your status in another state-its the computer easy info access age. You may want to to check into getting a work only special permit to drive-1st check with CA drivers license Bureau to see if you can apply, appeal or what are your options or if you have any. It may pay to get a lawyer-but if you are told by Bureau that no chance until suspension is over then don't waste your money.

you won't be able to get a driver license in any state.
All states in the United States now have a national database for driver licenses. If you are suspended in one state it will go into the national computer. If you go to another state to get a license they will check the database and find that you are suspended.
So you are out of luck. Pay your child support.

I don't think you will find one. All the states I believe have passed laws that take your license for non support.

I am sorry but I have a problem with this. If you owe child support then you shouldnt be able to get anything anywhere. I believe the non custodial parent should always have to pay a LARGE portion of their income to take care of their children. The custodial parent has to.

I'm sorry,
I, too, have a problem with this question.

I raised a grandson from age 5 to age 14.
His mother paid a little the last two years,
His father? Never paid a dime.
He now lives with his father in another state, so now
his father is learning first hand how expensive it is to
raise a child. (his father is my son)

If you aren't paying child support---you need to walk everywhere you go.........and I would say that to my son too.

Probably NONE, because they will check to see if you have out of state licenses suspended, or revoked.

I don't think you will be able to get one. You would be on the registry's computer system as your license is suspended and why.

None. There is a nationwide database that lets other states check for this sort of thing.

Maybe you could just start paying the support?
