for me i dont do neither. i dont smoke because i am not trying to get cancer. but to me, looking good on the outside is more important, so i would rather smoke 1 newport cigarette once a night than eating a big mac meal. i am trying to get fit and athletic and swoll, so i dont eat much anymore. all i eat now is a ham sandwich. to answer your question, logically, smoking is more bad because you will risk cancer and you will get hooked. if you eat only 1 big mac meal, you will get a little fat but it wont kill you.

Eating the big mac would be more expensive and probably worse for you. Yet, lung cancer, bad teeth and yucky skin aren't a great second choice. How about alternate every other night (big mac, cigarette, big mac, cigarette)?

Both are stupid but smoking gets it hands down!

Nobody I know only smokes one cigarette a night PLUS it's a stupid stinky habit that not only poisons the person smoking but the people around the smoker.

Hmmm....I'm not a doctor but I would think the big mac would be worse. You're arteries would probably clog sooner than you'd develop lung cancer.
