That's why you asked this question in the first place. Men usually have the 36-24 Blonde blue eyes deal going on---and anything larger is usually rejected without a second consideration

They will. You just have to find the right guy, which usually comes from not looking for a date.
Also, it's not so much weight that guys are worried about in this situation as it is health. Does she look or seem healthy, regardless of her weight? Also, confidence is a major issue. A guy doesn't want to date a girl who is sickly and doesn't have any self-confidence.
I am a size 16. I am engaged to a wonderful, very skinny man. I guess am proof that this happens. Just wait!

"overweight" is vague. But by "overweight" im going to assume you mean obese. Simple. Reasons are twofold. First, socialogically, society instills in us the "perfect" image of a woman which is nothing near obese. Second, psychologically, an obese woman often conveys poor health which makes her a poor candidate for child bearing.

Because a lot of guys are very sensitive when it comes to what their ladies look like. There is absoultely nothing wrong with overweight women.

It's politics--overweight women aren't likely to have a relationship...it doesn't matter that they are some of the best lovers! You can do better! a lot of men like there women to have meat on their bones.

It just so happens that there are guys who will date and marry overweight women... You just have to stop looking with your eyes and start looking with your heart...

I've gone out with overweight women.
turn out that I just THOUGH that they were interesting and they want someone to put up with them. overweight and other issues as well(the reason their overweight).
Who has time for that?
In an honest living there ain't that much profit.

Maybe too much emotional bagage.
Maybe the guy is thinking she sure dosen't think much of herself if she lets her self get this way. Proabbly a lot of guys think of looking at her naked as repulsive. Not nice words or thoughts here but I think that is a lot of it. Goes the same the other way around with heavy set men.

As offensive as that kind of rejection is, it is better than having to put up their constant demands to lose weight. Next thing you know, it will be breast implants, liposuction, a bad weave, etc. These guys degrade women and steal away their self-esteem. Women can do better.
