What's wrong with the two God gave you? I have small breasts too and while it would be nice to be able to better fill out some of the shirts I have/want. Its also nice to be able to not wear a bra when I don't want to.
Before doing something as permanently scarring as surgery, you should really consider the reasons why you want bigger boobs. Will you still feel this way a year from now, five years from now?

I had saline implants years ago. love them! Be sure you check out the cosmetic surgeon, make sure he belongs to the Board of Certified Plastic Surgeons, ask to see pictures of past patients, if he won't show you, go someplace else. I paid $4,000 but I know the price has gone up. Usually you pay up front, I do not know of any Dr. who will take payments. The only way to do that is to take out a loan, but do not go through the Drs. plastic surgery loan companies. The interest rates are astronomincal!

What does this have to do with tattoos? well if u want bigger boobs that aren't painful i'd just get a pushup bra, if i were u that's what i'd do instead going through all the pain and expensence of losing money out of my wallet but it's your decision
