I met her in class, she was really nice and talked to me first. The next class period, I asked her after class if she wanted to study with me. She said she couldn't since she had to goto work in an hour. The next class period, she asked me if I wanted to study with her the next day and I agreed. She didn't show up though, or the class period after (when we were having a test) since she was sick (and I got sick after she came back). She came back though, and we didn't talk much, but she still sat next to me in class like she always does. This past class period, she acted really nervous (she flips her hair alot around me, and was acting very restless and sighing a few times). I asked her out to lunch and she said "sure". She told me she has to work on our school days, and I said I wasn't on campus on the days that she was available, but I would still meet her there anyway. She just smiled and said we would talk and work it out. Does she like me or what and how should I go about the date?

Oh man, she's really confusing, isn't she? Next time, make her laugh and see if she laughs at your dumbest jokes (the more she likes you the more she tries to please you). Even stop talking once in a while to see if she is willing to talk (more) with you. Watch for her body language: tone of her voice, positiveness (upbeat), touching, etc. Ask her some questions about her personal life (how willing is she sharing them? The more the better). Then ask for her phone number to finish it off.
PS -- If all of this is too much, then just go with the flow, have fun, but still ask for the phone number.

When a girl flips her hair it usually means she is interested. Be bold and put yourself out there a little bit, and keep asking. (But off to the side, not in settings that are too public in case she doesn't like everyone to know her business.) A lot of girls really like the bold approach. If she is on the fence about you, a bold approach will sometimes win her over. Good luck!
