I've been wondering how other people deal with things...I mean when you can't sleep and you feel like crap what do you do? What do you do to stop yourself from thinking about something when it seems like you can't stop thinking of it? How do you deal with depression if you have it? Do you run from your problems or do you confront them? How do you handle leaving people you know and meeting new ones all the time? Do any of these bother you so much you feel crazy?

Best advice I can give is go see a professional.. people usually think only crazy people go to shrinks, but its soo not true! it the healthiest ay to live because at one point or another, you will have problems to deal with and if u don't treat it MENTALLY u will treat it wrongly- with drinking, depression, etc...

Some of the things you have to do to deal with depression is to make yourself busy, make your day by doing your daily chores without thinking or dealing with the things that are bothering your mind. You can write letters, read newsclips or maybe start singing songs that are computer generated karaoke songs. But most of all, always think positive.

The best way that I have found to deal with my emotions is to try and get whatever is bothering me off of my mind. I will wrap myself up in my PC if I have to but it takes my mind off of whatever it is that is bothering me. It also sounds like you may be dealing with a little Obsessive Compulsive Disorder if you cannot get it off of your mind and you obsess about things. There is good new though. There is a drug called Luvox that is only for the use of OCD and works very well. You may want to talk to your doctor about it. Good Luck

i totally hate this answer, you have to eat better,m exercise(allot),every time it comes up out the door you go and some of these bike trails run on old rail road bed and you can walk til hell freezes over, some how you get locked up and there no oxygen moving in your brain and then you get rapid breathing and that Don't get oxygen from that problem either so you have to go out and walk to your brains fall out and that the recommended views of why everyone is walking, do it before gas prices go back up or some one will think your out of gas both ways, you get tired but energy sending creates energy and then you can remove your self from the glutious maximus grips
