Because a bad tree cannot produce good fruit. How many European trophies has Rangers won? (Even that Cup Winners Cup that they won so many years ago has been disbanded)
How many European Finals have they been to? How many semi-finals have they reached?
Ok, ok, how many quarter-finals have they reached?
Get the point?

Glasgow Rangers are not **** in Europe, they have played 12 games in the last 2 seasons and have only been beaten once, off of Inter Milan, and we also progressed to the last 16 of the Champions League.
So we cant be that shite, maybe cos we r not shite at all ********

'Like all British clubs they are not as good in Europe' - is this why an english team has been in the final the past two years? and maybe, just maybe, on the years we didn't reach there it was because we weren't good enough.
glasgow rangers have no decent opposition in the spl.
and no, we should not take football eurowide. we would lose the soul of the game. not playing in our own countries would be crap - i enjoy watching english teams play each other in england. the whole thing would be a mare for fans and players would constantly be travelling back and forth.

Rangers dont need a PR machine with all the free publicity on here...........happy days!
By the way, if Rangers are so shite in Europe they wouldnt have played in the last 16 of last seasons CL.

Major reason is the Scottish League itself does not provide strong enough competition. This does not prepare any Scottish League side any more for Europe. I know, I know, Celtic made the UEFA Cup Final but, face facts, win that tourny and you're really only the 17th best side in Europe (16 remain in the Champs League).
Why in this day and age we have each nation with their own leagues is beyond me? Basically, soccer needs to go to a Eurowide leagues divisions one and two at least.

Like all British clubs they are not as good in Europe because we play hard fast paced football which is penalised in European competitions.
And we don't cheat as much as other nations - we don't easily accept diving we don't go down as readily when fouled and we do not usually get players sent off. Look at Barcas record of opposition sending offs at all levels.

Because the forces of darkness will never be allowed to prevail where it really matters, that's why Hitler never won WW11 and there's never been a nuclear war. Some atrocities just don't happen!

Because they have Europes most overrated manager and a wee striker called Boyd who is totally out of his depth, even in the SPL!
They insist on signing crap, and then they play crap, which lets be honest we all knew already.
So in a nutshell they are crap and it's great!!
