you can make yourself a curl hair with diadem or a strap,
a pañolete in your hair, or the easy is put some musse in your hand with your hair wet, put a little musse in it and let it get dry naturally.

Use a diffuser to bring out your natural waves, and then use a 1 inch curling iron all over your hair. Shake out your head while spraying in hairspray. Also, check out a similar idea in the nov. issue of seventeen. It has a style guide for all hair types!

Have you thought of a body wave? Highlights maybe an idea, too. They can give your hair extra texture and body. Have you tried layers or a razor cut? So many things you can do!!!!:) I am a hairstylist and I love when a client asks that question!!!!
Good Luck :)

MY answer

+ = would be to start with long layers, to give some movement.... (IF u like)
+ = Just cut layers around your face (Pretty style)
+ = cut you some bangs in front; right to your nose..(if u don't like u can still pull up)
+ = get a wavy perm NOT to tight*spiral perm* (then u can straighten it out if u like or if u get bored)

I hope that I helped u in someway to look at some pics, to look at for your style....
