You need to think about what its like when you make friends with someone for the first time. Usually you will act friendly, be sincere and be positive. You shouldn't let the fact that they may like you interfere with your judgement. Most people who want to make new friends 'like' you otherwise they wouldn't waste their time. Friends are people that enjoy eachothers company and are compatible with eachother. This can also be said about people who like you more than friends. A guy will usually always be nice too you, smile, and acknowledge you if he likes you but he will also be nervous as well. Being nervous is a good thing, it means he has feelings for you that he might not be able to control hence the reason he acts nervous. If you still don't know think about how you would act around a guy that you liked, and see if his behaviour is the same...good luck!!

You will know if they like you.
There is a universal sign of acceptance, it just happens and you will know that they like you.
Also you can talk and find out if they are interested in you, if they start talking back or they listen at you that means there is something going on there.

They look at you constantly when your not really looking, and they act strange to you compare to how they act to other people..
But as we men get older..
We'll still look at you constantly, we'll tell our friends... We'll actually go up to you and try to get to know you and such... But there is a difference between "liking" and in "love"...
