Yes. If he does it in a way to make it very obvious he is doing it, he is being rude and I would call him out on why he feels he has to try to make you feel upset. As a woman, I check out other men and women. Just because I like to people watch for the most part. If I see a handsome man, I check him out discreetly. My husband, I have seen, does the same for women. Neither goes crazy with it. It is the way humans are. In my opinion.

you know when i was younger oh i had such a problem with this i was obsessed no man of mine will ever look at another woman,but as ive gotten older i began to understand that it is human nature to find others attractive theres really nothing we can do except move to the outer reaches of our solar system aside from that id say this one can drive you crazy so you have to learn to relax dont worry about it hes still yours and never let on that your insecure even if you are guys feed off of this,hey we notice a good looking guy when he enters a room,but i think its harder for us to deal with because we know that guys are always thinking about sex so that's what bothers us the most whereas we can notice a good looking guy and that's where it stops for us,so all i can offer you is dont drive your self crazy over this,and make sure he knows the ground rules-this is what i told my guy "i said look honey i know you notice other woman when where not together how could you not there every where,that's fine but ill be dammed if your going to disrespect me and look at other woman when were out together, i will embarrass the f**k out of you" i think he got the picture.

Now that depends on what your definition of "checking out" other women is.
If he is a faithful man he should not be "checking out" other women. It is a matter of respect and also he should be focusing his attention on you, and you alone.

A man will still be attracted to other women but he wont go after them because he is in love with you. If he's not comfortable with saying that a girl is pretty then he's not secure with your relationship, at least that is my opinion.

If he has a pulse, a man checks out other women. It's OK to read the menu when you're on a diet. Give him some slack on this one.

Only if that woman has some guys around to interfere his Plans, than he has to keep an eye on her all the time, that gotta make him have no more time to check out the other woman. Advice here: Never let guys know you like them

He might check them out, but he would always be very open about the fact that he has a woman in his life he is in love with, and make a big deal out of it.
