The big bang for example ..... its the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. Thats like putting ink, blank pages and a printer in a little room, blow it up and you would get a book.

Intelligent design is common sense, how can you tell me that my computer for instance made itself, just by being stand somewhere "Millions of years" like you say. Pleaseeeeeee ....

Youve assumed that all athiests believe the same thing and in the same theories. Youve assumed wrong.

Where would you get an idea like that?

Hmmm let's think about that.

Just because you follow the heard mentality, doesn't mean that I do.

Well I find it stupid that you believe in something you can't prove exist! How can there be Atheist people? I am going to answer that question because I feel you could use some education on this topic. Now I'm sure that if you can sit through church you can sit and read my answer to your question.
Atheist have done their own research on the topic and then came to the conclusion that there is no god. That's how there is Atheist people. Cause they were smart enough to question "god" and want real answers to their questions instead of "be cause he is god". Which don't answer anything. "never settle for the answer if you still wanna know" Which means if you ask someone to prove that god exits and they say " he is god he created everything." If you are not satisfied with that answer search for a better one. Stick with your belief that there is NO god unless it can be proved.
We like to believe in things that can be proved not things that can't be proved. The ideal that god created everything is extremely off the wall and anyone in their right mind would want to question that.
I don't care if you can't understand why there are Atheist people around. I never asked you to understand. Now that you are a little bit educated on this topic maybe you will do your own research before posting another stupid question!

You need to learn to think for yourself. The big bang is nothing like ink and blank pages blowing up and getting a book. You ought to get an education.

And if you think intelligent design makes sense - why does the male's tube for peeing run right through their prostate so that as they age they often can't pee?

How is that intelligent? No, id doesn't make any more sense than your examples above.

Intelligent design is common sense? An invisible, omni-potent magical being created the earth and the universe out of nothing, picked up a handful of dirt and blew life into it to create man, and then proceeded to create all other life on earth out of nothing. This is common sense? Sounds like bad fiction to me. Intelligent design is the stuff of fairie tales. It is not plausible, not believable, and based on absolutely no hsitorical evidence. There is nothing common or sensible about it.

God made Atheists, of course.

So the Big Bang is stupid. Fair Enough. But a story about an all powerful, all knowing, all loving Being who has existed for eternity, listens to everything everybody in the universe says and does, knows everything that ever was and ever will be, has no beginning and no end, and is utterly perfect makes Great Sense to you ?

So how long did God's plan for Adam and Eve work before it turned to poop?

How long after Adam and Eve did the world last until God had a s--- fit and committed GENOCIDE in a fit of rage because his plan screwed up again?

How many animals had to be sacrificed to God because the smell was PLEASING TO HIM?

How come there are 10,000 different religions in the world and almost 30,000 variation of Christianity (the one true religion)?

How come there are earthquakes and floods and still births and birth defects and cancer and terrorists and child murders?

Yeah, God is one smart guy who has everything under control, doesn't he?

ok. you used a bad example by the computer cos everyone knows a computer is man-made. the big bang is a theory, not known for sure that it really happened but used as a way to explain things such as why dinosaurs were extinct. people choose to be atheist because they believe that there is no real evidence to prove that god exists, and therefore believe that everything not man-made came naturally, without intervention by a supernatural deity. atheists have a quarrel with people who claim that everybody should believe in god because god is an objective fact that is supported by overwhelming evidence that the atheists are deliberately suppressing, and the theory of evolution for them is based on sufficient evidence that is backed up.

There can be atheist people because some human beings use their brain and are willing to accept "I don't know just yet" as a valid answer to a question.

Theists are people who need to have all the answers and are impatient, unable to wait for science to continue to develop.

Did you know the USA is the only industrial nation with less than 90% acceptance of the Big Bang and 80% acceptance of evolution? And that our scores are so low that the only lower country is Turkey?

Yeah, theists are so smart...

Intelligent design? Riiiiight. Someone posted a thing about dolphins having finger-like bones in their fins which are useless. Penguins have wings, but can't fly. And your computer analogy is ridiculous, because man built it, came up with the technology to do so, through scientific thought. A computer can't just appear. A COMPUTER is an example of intelligent design. ALL LIFE ON EARTH evolved genetically. You really think man was "fashioned from clay?" That "GOD" blew life into him and he just appeared with a working cardiovascular system, a complex neurological system? Intelligent design assumes that "GOD" intended this, but there's no evidence of it. There IS, however, scientific evidence, in the form of fossil evidence, of evolution. Or did the scientific community make that all up?

Er, what the heck are you talking about?

You don't seem to have any idea what the "big bang" is. And intelligent design is simply false, and ridiculous to boot. Who would have done the designing? What in the world would make you think that intelligence could "design" anything as complex as life? That's just plain nonsense.

Do you understand what the Big Bang Theory is?

Anyone who believes that Atheists think the computer made itself just by sitting there has no idea what he is talking about. The Big Bang Theory is clearly way, way, way over your head. As well it should be, very few people understand it in its entirety, I think.

Do you think you're smarter than Dr. Stephen Hawking?
