I have no idea what a blue west coast is...and I live on the west coast, haha.
But, I DO know what drink will f*ck you up the most! It's called Adios Motherf*cker and I have gotten so obliterated off them. Here's the recipe if you wanna use it hun :)
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz 7-Up® soda
Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up and stir gently.

I can only guess that it is a west coast paralyzer made with blue curocoa. but as for the drink that messes you up the most. a green hulk will quickly introduce you to the floor.

dont know about thge west coast thingy but a MUDSLIDE always manages to f*** me up bad.i can drink half a case of beer and still be standing but after 3 mudslides im anyones!!
