Ask or talk about things women love. Family, Hair, Shoes, Shopping. Keep it short and sweet. Don't say much. Let her to the talking and listen, carefully. The words she uses will be beneficial for future conversations. You have two ears, use them.

Hmm..I dont' know about complimenting her dress or hair. She might think you're gay!! If you can't think of anything to say, maybe if you just smile and say hello is fine. She might strike up a conversation with you if she is attracted to you.

time to learn how to small talk dude. first you need to start with common ground. how do you know her? school? then ask how school is going for her. then move onto something she might mention when she answers. ask her questions bout herself. what she likes to do out of shool, any sports? music? tv? stuff like that. goodluck.

if you are in school and have the same subjects,ask her for some help(need it or not)or just ask her if she wants to go get a soda and that could lead to dating.find out her interest and go with it!
