NO, it's not gay to have lunch with the guy. If you start making out and holding hands then yeah I would say that's gay.

My husband has done that plenty. Some of his friends and he even have favorite places they go. There is the beef place w/the chocolate cake or the Thai or the Indian buffet. LOL Sounds strange but they have fun. Sometimes as a group of guys or sometimes just he and a buddy. Have fun!

no, i don't mean to sound rude, but if two girls at lunch together would they be considered lesbians. maybe they are just friends.
