every time i like a girl thay flirt with me and stuff and when i ask them out thay say "i just wanna be friends" or is that playing hard to get?

Be friends with them. (1) It costs you nothing; and (2) you never know who you will meet through your association with them. Think of it as a chance to network.

When a woman they just want to be " friends", it's usually not a good sign. In fact most of the time it means your not gonna get laid. That doesn't mean it might not happen down the road, but stop wasting your energy on that gal and find yourself someone else. Good luck.

I think that is self explanatory. A girl ain't playing games with you when she says that. That means you are on the "friends" side on the grass, instead of the potential boyfriend. So don't expect nothing more than that.
