If God were a better designer, he would have designed better arguments and more articulate spokespeople for intelligent design. The best they can do is preach to the choir. I've never known anyone who accepted evolution to be persuaded to switch to intelligent design, but I've known several who, when they took an honest look at the evidence, decided intelligent design was a lot of hog sweat.
