How about you just ask her what SHE would like to do? I'm constantly telling people, and I'll say it again now - ALWAYS COMMUNICATE .... easier said than done, I know, but believe me, it'll get you somewhere. Talk to her, find out why she comes across the way she does, ask her if she really likes you or is indulging you....

If you can't figure it out then maybe you just need to cease communicating with this girl. She has put it pretty plainly that she's not interested in dating you yet you keep on. Take the hint.
