Your height depends on genetics, but milk and dairy products, your greens, fruits and vegetables all will give you good health. I drank milk and ate dairy and all the good stuff, I only grew to five feet one inch tall, so I am going to say genetics.

If you are over 20 then ambrosia. otherwise milk, if you look at places that don't drink as much milk they tend to be shorter than those that do.

milk, all your greens, but mainly, look around you and at your family members, cause you have the same genes and dna as them, and whatever height they are generally pre-determines YOUR height..
