Ask your friend to call 911 and say that there is someone in the house(ur house address) whom look like terrorist ....than u call from home to someone at phone booth may be ur same friend and u start speaking some foriegn language (FBI will tape ur call )...if u really want it to FBI and others at ur doorstep...speak ARABIC even if u dont know bcos even FBI doesnt understand that ...they will feel suspicious and will be there at ur door step to find out more...rest will be in next days newspaper....
