holy cow 30 pounds. how much do u weigh first of all. i just lost like 15 from springting for like an 1hour and a half everyday

30 pounds, that will take around 3 months!! 2-3 pounds a week so the weight will keep off.

Just eat right, don't eat past 8:30, be on a regular sleep schedule, and exersize 4 times a week.

I lost 50 lbs after my 2nd child, and I have lost 20 since my 3rd. Now I am using the website below. Its free and has great tools, resources, and a great online community to plug into for support.

I do 20 mins of free weights in the am. I only eat complex carbs (whole wheat). Limit cheese. Eat my fruit and veggies (thanks to Superfood from Odwalla, drink Fat free milk, and I eat every 4 hours to keep my motabolism up. I keep my calories between 1200-1550. Check out that website - its great!
