As said, relatively conservative, it doesn't have to be old-granny conservative, neccsarily... I mean you can look good and all... but not sultry (I am jewish) or anything risque.
honestly, I'd say to consult her about it. find out what SHE will be wearing, and ask what sorta thing she'd say would be best. she can probably tell you the best answer. this would be specifically tailored in relation to how she'll look, the season, the congregation's "standards" ect...

I think anything is fine from what I have seen at these functions that I have atteneded. As long as it is tasteful and not to revealing or tight you should be fine. have fun! I am Muslim, and a lot of my Jewish friends have invited my children and I to attend their bat mitzvah's and bar mitzvahs, and they are so fun and festive.

I went to my friend's Bar Mitzvah like 4 years ago
I think that you should wear something that isn't flashing or showing, but dressy.
Really, you should ask her what you should wear. I don't think she'll mind telling you what's appropriate.
I'm muslim.

Something nice. I don't believe you have to be really dressy or anything but definitely not jeans.

Something conservative, but not too boring.
I could be wrong, since I'm not Jewish.
