I have a Corgi, about 9 months old, we love her like a child.
She suddenly is all lethargic, slow, and just droops around.
The last 24 hours she has just sat in the laundry room by herself, watching us, not bothering to pick her head off the ground too much.

I have felt her all over, she is not in pain, just looks like death and is slower than a turtle, what can I check, or do?

She just ate one piece of deli turkey, but not two, she has never refused food before. She is drinking a little water.
We don't have 24 hour vet service here in Oregon, I will have to take her in in the morning, anything I can do? that's 12 hours away?

She has only had her very first round of shots, nothing since she was a baby doggie. She is female, not pregnant, no ticks on her, that's about all I know.

Hello, thanks all. I took her in, no parvo. She must have got into some garbage somewhere, they gave her a shot and some medicine. Thanks so much, you can never be toooo careful. God Bless!

Her symptoms could be any number of things - salmon fever, parvo, or any of the other things mentioned by others. Most vet offices do have emergency numbers for after hours calls. Things are expensive when you do need to call them, but that's what emergency services are for.

I also live in Oregon - small rural town - and our vet has an after hours number even here. I'd call and see if they can help you determine the problem and then let them tell you what to do with your sick girl. The sooner you call, the sooner you can get her some help.

Another idea is if your vet really doesn't have 24 hour emergency numbers - call the DoveLewis 24 emergency number in Portland. They are a non-profit emergency hospital and have a 24 hour number you can call. No matter where you are in the state, they should be able to tell you what to do next. http://dovelewis.org/ 503-728-2281

Take her to the vet. Corgies are very energetic dogs generally, there is something seriously wrong with her. She could have been bitten by something poisonous, gotten into some antifreeze (liver damage), etc. Get going ASAP.

sounds like your dog has tape worm check her stool for what looks like rice... if so take her to the vet they will give her meds for this this is the only worm that can not be treated over the counter and is the most deadliest of worms and needs to be treated with worm meds and an antibiotic the sooner the better remember this is one of the deadlier worms but treatable.... take her to the vet asap

I'm sorry to tell you, but it does sound serious..I think she needs a trip to the vet as soon as possible..
A sudden onset of illness is very scary, as there are so many deadly diseases that our puppies are victim to..Even vaccinated puppies can get these diseases..Hopefully, it is something as simple as needing de-wormed or such..
