According to US Apple Association, there is NO protein in an apple or pure apple juice. Check the facts for yourself:

Fruit and fruit juices do not contain the building blocks of proteins (called amino acids). Fruit provides fiber when eaten whole, plus other vital vitamins (Vitamin A + C, depending on the fruit), and carbohydrates in the form of sugar (fructose).

Whole proteins can be found in meat, poultry and fish. You can combine two or more foods at the same meal, to form a whole protein. Example: red beans with rice.

No... apple juice does not contain protein. Your best source of protein is Whey Protein, available at health food stores, bodybuilding gyms, etc. I highly recommend Optimum Nutrition, which is what I use.

Fill a glass with skim milk, pour into the blender and add a scoop of protein. My favorite flavor is Optimum Nutrition's Double Rich Chocolate. Have a protein shake first thing in the morning, before you go to bed, and if you pump iron, after your workout.

Nope. Just glucose and a few vitamins if I recall correctly. Protein is usually derived from meat or legumes (beans).
