depends on what state it is in...but, just to be sure you need to look up the statute on statutory rape in your county and state. You can do this by going to your state government site. You need to watch out for it though, later. There are cases twhere an 18 year old and a 16 year old have had sex and then after they broke up the parents filed a lawsuit and the 18 year old was charged with stat rape. I would say, in your best interest, wait until she is 18 or find someone who is 18.

You need to look up the law of consent for your state.

In my state, the legal age of consent is 16. However, if the GUY is over 18 and the girl is 16, it is still rape regardless. But, due to a lovely (ugh) double standard, if a girl is over 18 and the guy is 16, it is NOT rape. Maybe your state isn't so backwards.

Well although it is true, 16, I believe is the legal age for concent the law has no room in it for morals or compassion. If you do this at this point, you may have a small, and I mean small bit of gratification, in the long run, you will both lose.

It depends on the state, because for some, the age of consent is 16. But if it's 17 or 18, then yes, it would be illegal.

no one is allowed. LOOK AT THE DIVORCE RATE
50% are divorced at least once
40% have never been married
10% is ok.
hmmm..
I don't know if it is legal or not. But if you are concerned then "I'd" run like Hel (Nordic myths). Cause anything the legal system is respect for their authority is corrupt. So, I'd leave it to them to handle any way they pleased, while I'd be somewhere else.!!!

That depends on the State you live in. She could get in trouble in some States. But as a guy I say go for it. but be careful! I have had my heart broke by a couple of older woman.

Nope, it is felony. Keep the really really intimante acts out until you are 18. Unless you want her to get in trouble with the law. Even if you don't tell, someone else could, and she could face federal charges.

no, but it is alright to continue seeing each other. if you two are meant to be, the relationship will work without being really, really intimate.

Yep. She's a legal adult, you're not and even if you consent - it's still considered statutory rape (on her part) UNLESS you're emancipated, your parents could press charges on her should they find out.
