Why? IHOP shouldn't be forced to hire one-legged people, but I am sure under the ADA Act, they are required to hire people regardless of their disabilities.

Sure !!!! why not? Hooters only hires chicks 'cause they have boobs, they dont hire guys( at least not that I know of) .
They should also make it a rule for customers to hop on one foot as soon as they step in the restaraunt. Ha,ha,ha,.
