You should have a serious talk with her. Better when she's sober. Tell her you care about her (I'm sure you do, since you let her move in) and that first you'd like her to get alcoholic counselling. I'm sure that would solve a lot of issues. Offer to go with her, if she wants.

Then, be honest and tell her that her living situation is affecting you and your family. Since she has a trailer, offer to help her look for a trailer park, or some other place where she can place it. Just be calm and honest, and tell her your feelings. If she gets aggressive or defensive try to keep your own voice down and calm.

You should first feel lucky enough to be able to provide for your family; however, I am guessing you feel taken advantage of now. Your brother is bipolar but that doesn't mean he isn't functional. I work with bipolar people everyday. Maybe he needs the means to move on. As for your mother maybe she needs a kick back to the reality curb. Does she work? Does she pay rent? Maybe you could ask her to help out or move on.

send her an offical warning notice for whatever reason you choose and the next time this occurs an eviction will take place. Im assuming you own the 'complex' btw

it's hard, but i think that you should ask your mother to move out. if your brother is Bi-polar, he needs your help. maybe you can even get your mom a Boyfriend!

You extended your invitation to your mother only.

You need to reinforce this...either her or no one.
