LOL!!! It's funny how they only showed like 2 pictures of Saddam when they caught him.. It probably wasn't even him. The USA is so full of itself I wouldn't be surprised if it was Angeline Jolie dressed up!! They're worried about some mountain people taking a ferry across the OCEAN and hurting the United States security??!! Give me a break!

No, why would we.

Numerically, we have more nukes than them. Ours are more accurate, and we have a higher percentage of ensuring that ours hit their designated targets without very low risk of detection.

But again, the United States has a no first-response nuclear policy, so we can't use nuclear weapons as a first choice.

Their land forces are a moot point. They might have a million strength army. Granted, they are outnumbered us, but how do you supposed a impoverished army is going to last on the battlefield if they are already starving at home?

Invade the CONUS? How? Do a long march like China did? What about the Bering Straits? Think they are just going to row over in boats in waters at 2 degrees Celsius? And what makes you think the Russians won't mind in the first place?

Hence, the nuclear test is done with a face-value perspective. It (North Korea) might have it, but they won't dare launch it. If they do, here's what definitely will happen:

1) the PRC (People's Republic of China) denounced North Korea's actions and cuts official diplomatic ties;

2) South Korea immediately mobilized its armed forces to full alert, but does not cross into the DMZ (DeMilitarized Zone);

3) Japan denounced North Korea's actions, cuts all forms of diplomatic communiques and mobilized its armed forces to full alert;

4) Russia, along with the rest of the world condemns North Korea's actions and imposed sanctions;

North Korea is nothing to fear right now! They just pissed off the Chinese, so don't look for a lot of support from them, and N. Korea needs that support! Without it they are just another country trying to bring attention to its self!

I'm not worried about North Korea. They'll probably get along just fine without our help.

That bumbling dictator in NK has just managed to tick off the entire planet with that nuke test... given their last attempts testing their delivery systems, it will probably explode on the launch pad..

Problem solved.
