I feel an overwhelming peace and spritual elevation in cold weather. Its almost like the cold weather reminds me of something in my past and future. And my parents told me as a toddler I used take out outdoors when it was really cold.
Does anyone have any theories or share this same reaction with me. I have been perplexed about my connection with cold weather, I don't know what to think of it. Any clarifying comments? I really wanna know or figure out why. Thanks in Advance.

perhaps some significant past lives lived in cold climates. subconscious memories from these lives playing into the current one only give you the fleeting feeling of "comfort" while being in cold weather.

Because of Santa Claus. But seriously, I feel that way too. It's like when you drink cold water as opposed to warm water. It cools you down and keeps you focused. Also seeing the snow and feeling and touching it is comforting to a lot of people. The cold weather can also make you feel relaxed. I guess it is something like that. But I'm no expert I guess.

i love cold weather but its not from a spiritual sense, everyone i talk to loves summer but summer is hot n sticky. winter is peaceful and serene, this is probably a reason for your feeling of spiritual happiness.

I don't know the answer to your question. I do think snow and ice covered landscapes are very beautiful and appear to have stopped time when undisturbed.
