it's ok---sometimes we can feel like that. the important thing to do is to not give in to the suicidal thoughts. do you have anyone you can talk to? its important that you reach out and try to talk about this with someone.

can you talk with your folks or a priest or preacher? don't give in to the suicide thoughts.

one of the answerers gave a phone number to a help line in their answer---can you call that?

hey--i'm living proof that you can back away from suicidal thoughts. its ok--there was a time when i was lost in this world and didn't have a clue as to which way to turn.

reach out and talk to someone. if you need someone to talk to email me---i'll do my best to listen and help.

praying for you, kiddo.

What works for one may not work for you. We are unique, all 6 billion of us in the world. We will ALL always have problems, sorrow, pain, shame, guilt, and so forth.
One thing you have to try to understand is that the way you feel know will pass and you will learn from it and grow in the process.
Just try to get through the storms of life without killing yourself. You'll be glad one day!

BTW: I have a long history of depression. I used to think suicide was my only option, but I never could go that far. I actually found my way in life by focusing on a higher being...GOD. That experience greatly changed me 100%. BUT like I said earlier, what worked for me, may not work for you.
Just remember you can do anything you set mind to, so set it on life. Life is too short, there is something you could find to enjoy about it. Hell, I'd miss the beautiful sky and the sound of the breeze going the trees enough to make me stay here on earth.
Surely, you can find something??? Wishing u the best :-)

This feeling is not permanent, please keep that in mind...you will not feel this way forever. There is a lot you can do to help yourself....call a suicide prevention hot-line, going to the emergency room is another good idea....depending on how old you are:
can you go to a school guidance counselor? A parent?
Try these web sites for more detailed information.
Most importantly though: keep in mind you ARE important and this IS only temporary, you have the strength to do anything you set your mind to....you wrote in here for help...so just con tine down that path...don't ever be afraid to ask for help!!! EVERYONE needs it at one time or another! AND know that you are not alone!!!
I have been there myself!!! Hang in there!!!

do not do anything foolish and get some help immediately. it probably doesnt seem like it right now but you will get through this and things will get better.

sometimes life can seem unbearable and it seems like it is easier to end it all. but LIFE is magnificent and it has so much to offer but you can not see its magnificance when you have dark clouds of deppression over your head. deppression is an illness and right now you are ill and should focus on getting better.

everyone must find their own way in the world. no one can find your way for you. it takes inner peace and strengh though to do it. but right now, you need help. go to see a phyciatrist as soon as possible. that is my suggestion. dont feel like you are alone. there are lots of people out there that are going through same thing.

talk to people who care about you: your parents, your siblings, your friends. ..it will make you feel better. believe it or not people do care. look at all the people that are responding to you on this site now.

god bless you.

Go to the ER if it is bad. If you can wait call a Dr and ask for an immediate appointment. It is an emergency. There are medications that can help you. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

Anyone who truly wants to kill themselves would have done so already.

So, you're reaching out...as you said, you're lost.

Speak to the therapists I know you've been referred to if you know you have "suicidal problemz", and get the help you've been too afraid to accept.

Please understand that you are okay. I've been where you are now, I know that you are just having a chemical imbalance right now in your brain. You are great. Please understand that there are others that feel/have felt that way, and there is a better day in the future. Please hold on, sweetie, a better day is coming.
