What are the ones that put maximum stress on the pectorals. Looking for 3-4 exercises.

I suggest you do dumbell flys lying down and seated at a machine. Do 4 sets of 15 reps with whatever weight you feel comfortable pressing. Note: The last five reps on each set have got to burn or your wasting your time. If you cant complete a set, take some weight off for the next set.

It's hard to describe how I got my massive chest. It's bench, but not incline and decline, it's different widening of your grips, because they found that the chest muscles are in bands across your chest. So widen and narrow your grip, do 3 sets of your max reps at least 4 per set at most 12 per position.
