The electrical system is not working properly
Supply line from Ignition switch is either breaked or blown
Possibly the Acc connection is not working,
1,Check the Fuses first
2,Check the circuit breaker (located behind assist kick panel)
3,Replace the Ignition switch if necessary
OR
Visit the nearest Toyota Service Centre
For complete check up

Loose or corroded battery cables, blown fuse, bad ground cable, bad battery, and or alternator. These would all cause the problems you described. The blown fuse would explain the windows.Your electronics only working when the car is running ,happens cause your alternator runs most everything when the car is started.Basically your battery is used to fire the starter to turn your engine over. After that the alternator takes over and powers everything, when the engine is running. And charges the battery as needed.
I would check the battery terminals for loose connections, and corrosion. Then have the battery, and alternator checked.
Good luck

try checking your main power block right off of the positive battery terminal. you might have a blown maxi fuse. then check you chassis to body ground and engine to chassis grounds one of them might be loose. the door locks and power windows:does the passenger side work? if so look inside of the door jam at the front of the door and check that the wires aren't rubbing against anything or each other. which would cause said problem with lights and door locks. of course check your fuses first replace the ones that are blown then see if your lights and door functions work. if so the check your wiring with the door open.

check fuses. usually in a compartment in dash under the steering wheel vicinity. once you get into the compartment the fuses should be labeled but if your unsure pull each one out and look inside the plastic you should see a wire that goes through it. that wire should not have any breaks in it. if no breaks put it back in and go to the next one.
if you find one that is blown go to auto parts store autozone etc and get a replacement (should have the same number on it for the amperage and should be the same color.).
97% sure you got a blown fuse

Take your car into a shop that works with the electronics, you do not want to mess with the whole electronic system in your car. If you snip one wrong cord, you can be in some deep trouble.

i own a repair shop, and it sounds like it has a blown fuse in it,,it has one for the memory, and sometimes it works more things than it should, this causes it to blow once in a while, just look over the fuse box real good and see if there are any bad ones in it,,i think you,ll find the bad one pretty quick, good luck i hope this help,s.

Fuses?
Battery?
Alternator?
Solenoids?
Take it to an auto electic shop and get them to diagnose it.
Sounds like a great car, otherwise!
