Men will always look at other women, you can't stop them. I went through the same thing with my bf, and it seriously pissed me off. I told him that I would start checking out guys in front of him if he continued to check out other girls...and that worked. He promised to be less obvious (and now he's getting better about be subtle).

confront him about it. ask him if he's still intrested in you, or what his deal is. if he denies it, then you take the responsibility and break up with him.
don't forget that he is a guy. guys are guys. they are just wired like that. do what you think you need to do. you know him, not us.
