Like most people i use Aim alot to talk with people online. Ive been a pretty much a shy guy the last two years. And i find ive been gradually breaking out of my shell the last year or so now. Its just that when i talk to girls online i find myself sayin hello to them first, and they never really start up convo's with me....Could this b because im a dork thinking that girls actually thought i was cool or is this a normal thing?????

Well...I dont' know about the girls who use AIM because I use Yahoo but I do know that girls LIKE it when guys say hi first. And sometimes we're busy. But most times if a girl isn't talking back she's probably just making you chase her.. Its a way of getting your attention. Dont' worry so much about being a "dork". I'm sure you're fine. And if you don't have confidence, no girl is going to take interest in you.
