I used to think so, I used the think that the Oneness the Buddhists talk about was the same as the Christian God (etc)...but I've seen some bad changes in the behavior of some local(neighbors) Christians, drunken, arrogant, mean spirited (all the while bragging that they are "good Christians") and started thinking that Buddhists don't act that way, they don't molest children like some (too many) Catholic Priests do (and the cover ups are unforgivable)....the Jewish God does not seem as generous with his people and the Christian God and the Islamic God are even more different. I used to think it was interpretation, (man attempting to write what he heard ) but now I think they are different Beings, each connected to the Oneness, but different.

No, that type of thinking comes from the idea that there are many pathways to God and Heaven but they all lead to the same mountain top. That sounds spiritual and inclusive but such a belief damns men's souls to Hell.
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
"Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, "Rulers of the people and elders, if we are being examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed, let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead--by him this man is standing before you well. This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:8-12

No the True God Jehovah has only one truth and there is but one road that Leads to him!It is by following His Word the Bible as closely as it is humanly possible! But the other religions that do not follow the ways of Jehovah are all following the Same False God, even though they may believe that they are with the true God, if they don't do his will, the way he stipulates, then, they, are not, his followers! And he does not, approve them!

They are different according to the Bible and the Qur'an.
Here is one of many examples. Please read my source for more examples.
"John Gilchrist's online article, "The Love of God in the Qur'an and the Bible," states
"The Qur'an does not give the believer any total assurance of the forgiveness of all his sins this side of the grave. Accordingly it is hardly surprising that it sets the prospect of forgiveness at the end of life as the reward of service to God. Even then there is no complete assurance that the believer will be forgiven and the believer can only die in the hope of God's mercy (Surah 17:57).
"To put it in a nutshell, there is no definite expression of love in the heart of God towards men in the Qur'an. No proof of deep affection towards mankind is given at all.
"In contrast, Jesus tells a religious searcher . . .
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him" (John 3:16-17)." (1)

No. Jesus said to the Jews, who claimed to be children of Abraham, "if you truly were Abraham's children, you would hear my voice, but you do not hear my voice because you are of your father, the devil, and you do his works". The bible also says if you do not have the son, you do not have the Father.
The god that Islam worships is called Allah. Islam says Allah has no son. Islam says Jesus did not die on a cross, nor is He the only way to salvation. Therefore the god of Islam is not the God of the bible whose son, Jesus, died on a cross, rose again, and is the only name under heaven by which any might be saved.

If not, doesn't that suggest that there is more than one God? And if it is the same God, then how the heck did he/she/it get so misunderstood? Or if they're all deluded, is it proper to say they worship nothing, but in different ways?

Not all people who believe in one God believe in the same God.
Some people believe in a benevolent God that loves everyone regardless of their faith. Others believe that God is such a sadistic bastard that he condemns everyone who doesn't practice his favorite faith to eternal punishment in hell.
If there is one God, he cannot fit both descriptions.

Yes they all do believe in one God as you say, but the muslims have been decived by the antichrist. The Antichrist in all reality is the Islamic God because they follow demonic ways. The Bible and the Qu'ran completly contradict one another. and let me give you this scripture evidence. Keep in mind that the land of Gog is historically the middle East, and Persia is now mostly Iran.
(Ezekiel 38:1-23, KJV)
1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.
7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
