Sharon H is fairly correct. Morrison lives in Sparta, TN (White County) about 50 miles from where I live. I have a friend who is a White County Sheriff's Deputy, and he told me not long ago, just by coincidence, that Tommy Morrison did live down there. I had no idea. It's a very rural area. Nice, but rural. As you can see, it's a great place to avoid the media. The only part of Sharon's anwer that is questionable is his HIV diagnosis. I have heard that he makes routine visits to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. Now, maybe it isn't anything to do with HIV. That's possible. But I wouldn't be too quick to rule it out. Another friend of mine is a nurse at Vandy, and she said she has seen him there several times, but she wasn't directly his nurse. She actually said she didn't know who he was, but heard some other people talking about him. She said he doesn't look like he'd be able to do any boxing, so take from that what you will.

Tommy Morrison is indeed alive. The proof is in the pudding. I'm not quite sure where he lives and I answered this question based on your question "Proof that Tommy Morrison is still alive" not "Where does Tommy live?" or "Does Tommy live in a great big city or out in the country somewhere" or "what's Tommy's nurse's name"
You can go to Fightnews.com and go back on their site and they had some pretty good articles about Tommy and his current condition and position on one day fighting again. If Tommy were dead, Fightnews would have reported it, it is a good well informed site dedicated to giving the latest and most up to date boxing news, and Tommy "The Duke" Morrison would have definitely been news.

He and his wife have 4 children; they currently live in rural White County, Tennessee, where he is seeking a return to acting, and doesn't rule out the possibility of fighting again. He is currently penning his autobiography and has recently signed a deal that would see a movie produced on his life.
On April of 2005, Morrison admitted in an interview to using steroids, both before, during and after his boxing career was over. He has since, however, claimed that his positive HIV test was a false positive and, as of mid-2006, was seeking a state that would license his proposed comeback. He is rumored to want a fight with Mike Tyson.

He is currently training for a comeback. They spoke of this during the Valuev fight on the weekend.
