Boil the eggs, take the shells off and then put in jar with white vinegar, seal the top and leave to stand.

make hard boiled eggs then take there shells off and put them into a pickle jar take out the pickles but leave the juice and let them sit a day or 2 at least thats how they are made around here good luck

Pickled Eggs
1 doz medium size boiled eggs
2 tsp pickling spice
2 small jalapenos
2 cloves garlic
1/2 medium onion (cut in bite size pieces)
1 Tsp salt
2 c vinegar
Heat vinegar and salt (do not boil) Place boiled eggs in large glass jar then add spices and vegetables.
Add enough water to vinegar to cover eggs. Store in jar with tight fitting lid

Hi Jean,
You can make pickled eggs the same way you would make pickles. Alot of southern people make pickled eggs.
My neighbor pickles eggs, & I think there quite good.

Just put them in a container with some water and vinegar. They don't need a ton of vinegar, just smell the mixture until it smells as strong as you would like. Also, they're really good if you put canned beets in the container. (Then your eggs will be purple!) Both the beets and the eggs are delicious after. My great-grandpa's secret tricks are to put some onions and a bay leaf in the mixture!
