The first thing you do is talk to a good friend. If she don't make you feel better talk to your 2nd best friend. If that don't work and make you feel better go to yahoo Q&A under jokes and riddles. Now if that don't get a smile on your face you better go out and pick up a copy a this months cosmo you know there is bound to be something in there to give you a lift.

My favorite thing to do when I'm sad is to go on a walk. But I also like listening to my favorite music really loud. I cry. Wallow..haha. All that "normal" sad stuff. Write down how I'm feeling then throw the paper away. Call up some of my friends and go hang out.

I rent a sad love story, cry it out loud. when done with it, do somthing that I like, like catching up with girlfriends, watch a comedy, shopping and get over the sadnes..

When u feel some feelings, do not supressed it, acknowledge that feeling, allow urself to face that, and then get urself out of it. Do not dwell onto it for too long, thats not healthy.

Take control over ur emotions as much as u can..

It depends how sad and what caused me to be sad. Usually, I eat, watch TV, listen to music, talk to friends. Mainly, be alone. It helps to confide to sb., w/out any reservations. That really helps.

And just know that this too will pass.

I think of the happiest time I've ever had in my life - I think of funny things, like silly stuff that's made me laugh. I think that in a little while - things won't look so bad anymore and know that the sun will shine again tomorrow. Holler if ya needta talk!

I eat.Buy something you love eating.I listen to my favourite radio show that cracks jokes all the time^^.I lie down and watch a dvd,better watch comedies.Go shopping.Shop a lot and a lot.Go chat on msn.Ask friends out,ask guys that you may like.very gentle and funny ones.Do some sports such as wakeboarding.Its excitement refreshes you!

read a good book, pop in a comedy flic(gotta love Jim Carrey) Never listen to music it makes being sad worse. go for a walk. Draw or sketch out some tattoo ideas.

I try to get around people. It doesn't heal sadness, but it can put it off to when you are a little more prepared to do the inward thinking that dealing with it can require. Also distance from it can make it a little less powerful, when it returns.

Sing. I perfer something positive to weigh out the negative. I've always been able ta sing though. I know some people play guitar and that kind of thing.
I suggest something positive though.
